On their About Us page has a couple nice and official looking documents, but we have NO way to verify this information at this time. Let alone to see if the certifying entities are legit.
Once again I would pass on this one! There is no way to verify their info, and you can't find them if they run.

I'm from Latvia. I can say that it is definetely scam, because:
1. On their page there is corporate ID number 40003146013, which in reality belongs to some construction company BMGS.
2. They say that company is located in Riga 1006, LATVIA, EUROPE. It is just like saying our company is located in New York 1006, US.
3. Navigation Department of Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia doesn't regulate anything related to investmet companies.
4. You can't find any of the companies mentioned in homepage in database of enterprises incorporated in Latvia ( http://www.lursoft.lv/en/index.html )
5. Phone numbers are mobile phones, most probably anonymous prepaid numbers.
6. etc.
There is no such thing as free lunch (quick money). Period.
