Usana Health Sciences Inc. is now under investigation after a report by Barry Minkow founder of Frauddiscovery.net (Minkow was instrumental in the SEC’s Investigation into 12DailyPro last year.) Minkow issued a 500 page report spanning 3 years of investigation. You can see the full report here.
In the report Minkow shows that “no less than 85% of current distributors are losing money and no less than 74% of distributors fail within the first year. Yet these distributors account for 86% of the company’s multi-level marketing revenue.”
Usana Health Sciences Inc. has filed a lawsuit in federal court in an attempt to discredit Minkow’s report dated February 20th, 2007. Minkow has filed a response to Usana’s lawsuit.
Minkow points out an email sent to him by a Usana Distributor:
The bottom 95.6% of all active and ranked distributors receiving
commissions are receiving next to nothing. This certainly doesn’t equate to the “True
Health, True Wealth” promoted by Usana and its recruiters and these figures do not
include expenses or the monthly product purchases necessary to receive
commissions.
Minkow went a step further as to test the vitamin supplements being peddled by Usana Health Sciences Inc. at an independent Lab. You can see the Lab Results here that Usanas Label claims are not meet on almost 25% of the claims!
Now Minkow goes out and does a Comparison at Health food Store on comparable vitamins to Usana’s Vitamin supplements, watch the Video! It will shock you.

Mr. Gold asked if he should seek legal counsel. I advised Mr. Gold that it would be a good Idea to seek legal counsel to get a Cease and Desist Order to Recoveryouregold.com from using their Domain name as a way to prop up Recoveryouregold.com Reputation. Mr. Gold thanks me and stated he would do that.
So Recoveryouregold.com is lying! My Idea is they are working with the HYIP’s to delete accounts of investors that may complain. Please do not Make Complaints to Recoveryouregold.com.
Seems Ted of 13AdsDaily is having problems with their account being locked by TSMC, therefore unable to pay their members.
Even though I am in 13adsdaily with Alertpay and not TSMC, I have taken thought to the new update by Ted. In it, he states that Tristar is not responding to any attempts they make to contact them or to unlock their account so that they can pay members.
Here’s my attempt to help Mike and Ted as they urged us to do in the update. Bob and tristar, please do what’s right. While you may state that you are trying your best to help the members of your programs, many of those same members are members at the AdsDaily network as well. To try to help them in one place and then deceptively and purposely hold back funds for them from another program is not at all “helping” anyone. Even those who don’t use your programs shouldn’t be punished for choosing your processor at one time.
The AdsDaily network is really on the rise, and with great communication and determination it is plain to see that they will go far and help many people along the way. Trying to stop this success when it could easily be fixed up by just unblocking their account is unethical. They have been tirelessly contacting you, and have been doing what they can - now it’s your turn!
What about Tri-Star’s reputation too? If members at AdsDaily are forced to wait or stripped of their funds, do you think they will ever use any Tri-Star programs now or when those programs fully recover? You’re reputation is at stake too.
Please Bob, do what is right and unlock Mike and Ted’s account. Many members are depending on you. They have been truthful and determined the entire way and just want to be able to fix things, so help them out!
Also, please don’t take this post as a slaughter towards tri-star. If you can just unlock the account, I know I and other members will have a better opinion of your programs and join them as well. I am a member of tri-star programs as well, and as long as things continue to improve, I will remain one. All I am asking is that you help other programs who have done nothing wrong along the way.

The existing Big 2 Forums, Talkgold and MoneyMakerForum, have been loosing U.S. Visitor Interest as of late. According to Compete.com. This time last year Talkgold.com received approximately 44,000 unique US visitors a month, now about 22,000. While this time last year MoneyMakerGroup had approximately 29,000 unique US visitors a month, now about 17,000.
Why the sharp decline in US interests in these forums? Could it be the unstable climate of the US economy, or the unstable effect of HY programs failing, and scamming? While these maybe the reasons why, I tend to believe otherwise.
The sudden growth of other forums cutting into the forum memberships of these 2 giants is what I believe to be the answer. One Forum in Particular, Dreamteammoney.com. From their inception until now they have over powered Both David and Goliath to achieve the unthinkable, the Top Spot with US Interests. Dreamteammoney.com Last year this time had 300 Unique US Vistors a Month, now the claim a market share of 36,500 unique US Visitors a month! Thus almost matching the combined numbers for both Talkgold and Moneymakergroup losses.
Now there lies another question, why? Why does Dreamteammoney.com have the advantage over Talkgold and Moneymakergroup?
When I compare the three giants now, I see the Dreamteammoney.com does offer in the way of a broader topic scope. Is that enough to draw the Market share? Yes, I believe it is the fresh face of a new multifaceted forum. They centerpiece other websites, bloggers, and business ideas besides just online investment or autosurfing.
Either which way the winds are blowing in Dreamteammoney.com direction. I have attached a Graph to show the market shares as of today.

Members at ASA are discussing the further problems with PTSPAYPRO. Seems Terry can not “Flip” products enough to make funds.
Funniest thing Terry was so darned sure, in a phone conversation I had with him, he could do it before he opened the program. Well it seems “the best laid plans of mice and men” fail. Once again I believe he had no structure to “flip” products in place just running a basic Ponzi Scam.
The only ones that truly suffer are the members of PTSPAYPRO.
