Opentrade has been moved back to Current folder on Talkgold by Brian the Administrator of Talkgold. It appears that even though they are still unable to login into RankHYIPs account at Opentrade the good faith effort of Opentrade to work with RankHYIPs is enough for now to move back to Current Folder.

Fred of RankHYIPs states he is still unable to login to his account at Opentrade. Fred has stated he has been waiting for 17 hours since last response by Opentrade Support.

OpenTrade - Talkgold HYIP Investment Forum Has been moved to the scam section. It seems that Opentrade has not been answering email correspondence from a Moderator over at Talkgold for about 5 weeks. Talkgold Mod Could not login for the past 5 weeks or so,and had sent several emails. At first it seems that Opentrade was working with them then stopped returning support email requests.

I did notice the Admin finally answered in Talkgold Forum, only after it was moved to scam section.

Too bad the normal investor doesn’t have that kind of power to make an Admin sit up and take notice when they are ignored and support request go unanswered!

An ASA Member thinks Tri-StarMoneyChangers is worthless.

LSG Blog Didn’t quite agree with my analogy. So I am pointing out why it is true, and fits.
I don’t want to get into a contest here, but here it goes.

The point is;

Who created the program (captain)?

Who is responsible both legally and morally if their Support staff steals money(mutiny, pirates)?

Who is responsible for failure to make payments (food) to their members (prevent mutinys)?

Who is responsible for failing to secure their website from hackers (Pirates)?

Who is responsible if the program doesn’t have stop limits in place to slow the growth rate down so it does not implode in a matter of days (Too Many people getting on board)?

Who is responsible for Advertising their site so members will join at a steady pace (not enough people on board) to be able to payout at a steady pace?

The creators of the Site are responsible! No One Else, and I am sure that there are many that share my sentiment!

I was in the Military (and been aboard Ships) and I can tell you, everything that goes on that Ship, is the responsibility of the Captain. Ask any of our Brave U.S. Navy or Marines that question! Do you know a Merchant Marine? Ask them!

Thats right there is a blame game and the Admins want you to blame others. It is in their play book! They expect it and fuel the fires with announcements and accusations. They even blame innocent people of their wrong doings in order to get the spotlight off of them. Am I lying? Do I have Proof? Sure I do!

First: Bob Krimm blamed Code4gold for hacking his surf sites last year. No proof was given from Mr. Krimm, just an accusation. It laid the blame on an innocent. The Security of the Website is His Responsibility. You entrusted him with your money! He was responsible for it!

Second: Will of 24DP, Paradisepaidtosurf, PrivateDailysurf, we had to have an audit members stole our money! Still to date little to no refunds have been made, but “if you join our MLM we will pay you back some.” Once again His Script had problems, It was his Script that caused the problems, he should have taken care of all scripts, tested them out thoroughly. You entrusted him with your money! He was responsible for it!

Third: Pick a program look at it from an objective view. Not slanted one due to involvement.

Forth: John of 9Planets, ask him what happens when too many people get on board too fast! Program Sinks! John “the Captain” Blew the Whistle In order for people to get on the Life Rafts! You entrusted him with your money! He was responsible for it!

In the Corporate world, if a Business doesn’t do well the CEO has to answer to the Board of Directors. It’s his ship, he has to answer for the problems, no one else.

My Understanding of the HY Arena is allot deeper than you realize.

I disagree with this statement, in part, from LSG Blog, and I will show you why. Lets think of a program as a ship. The Admin of the Program as the Captain, mods and support staff are the Crew and the members are the Passengers.

Now if the Ship has problems, (runs aground, hits an ice burg, collides with another ship, or is boarded by pirates) It is the Captain’s responsibility, no one else’s. All Blame and Credit(if he fends off those problems, or he has smooth sailing) goes to that Captain.

After all it was the Captain that invited the passengers aboard his ship, now if too many passengers board the ship at one time, the ship will sink. If not enough members get on the ship, it won’t list right in the open sea and capsize, then sink. If passengers form a mutiny aboard the ship because the captain refuses to give them food, it is the Captains fault.

Passengers may become Pirates, or Mutineers, or they boarded the ship just for this purpose. Now it is up to the Captain to put safe guards in place to make sure Pirates do not board his ship. As well if Mutineers are aboard his ship he MUST find out why a mutiny has started. Find the cause then squelch it. Don’t look as a mutineer as the enemy, the mutineer paid the Captain for the voyage. The Captain must find out why they are upset and fix the problem.

The Captain of a ship has HUGE responsibilities, non of them light. Now if the Captain has more than one ship, that too may cause problems. Strangely enough Passengers maybe on both ships at once (out of body projection, I guess). Also if one ship sinks, the Captain may loose all of his passengers on both ships as the passengers no longer trust the Captain.

Thus ALL PROBLEMS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY of the Captain, they own the ship. They Invited Passengers, they are responsible for all Passengers and Crew, even the “Payload” (What Pirates are after).
