I was doing some research with in the group of sites Tri-Star and Robert Krimm Has or had. It seems that some of the sites were hosted with Organatech. The same group that was associated with PhoenixSurf, Avante Holdings Group. I will be doing more research into this group.

Looks like Jeremy Schoemaker (ShoeMoney) and Kelly Felix of the Rich Jerk Series of Sites are having a problem. It started when Shoemoney Reported about The RichJerk Selling The Empire due to a possible Bankruptcy.

Well now it seems it is blowing up and the RichJerk is threatening to sue Shoemoney. Well I hate to tell The Rich Jerk this but The EFF will stand behind Jeremy Schoemaker and Shoemoney with very powerful lawyers! Same Lawyers that Blocked the U.S. Government from trying to stop a G.I. Over Seas from Posting on his Private Blog! They Also Stopped a big named Automaker from suing an automobile review magazine for giving them a not so good review.

The Reason being I know this is everyday I get threats that someone may sue me due to the Industry I report about as well as I publish Info about them (All Publicly Available). I have been down the road of threats many times. Every Single one never happens!

Attention all Members,

As stated in prior emails and video’s the refund process has begun. We have sent out approx. $200k in refunds so far and the process will continue until everyone is paid. I would also like to take this opportunity to inform you all that I will be shutting down all of our websites except for STO. I will not be opening any new sites or online business ventures. I have secluded myself from everyone connected to the autosurf world. I spent the past year of my life trying to legitimize this industry and have come up against nothing but resistance which has taken a toll on my health. I have found out how much was recovered from Solidinvestment. The lawyers were able to recover approximately $540,000 from Solidinvestment. With that the people who did sign up for the law suit will be getting back approximately 10 cents on the dollar. There have been about 1000 people that signed up to the law suit with a net loss of between 4 to 5 million dollars.

The spends will be going out soon. The delay has been caused by the Indictment of E-Gold, but will be going out soon now.
