Mr. Robert. Krimm a.k.a. Rob-ber Krimm-inal has now stolen not only our e-gold, some
investments we made with him and his failure to allow for withdrawing funds to other
processors, the new chapter is Mr. Krimm-inal has deleted our reserve account that held
over $600,000 and our payout account and changed our secondary password in our receivable
account with over $50,000. So now Mr. Krimm-inal is showing his true identity of being the
lowest piece of trash in the entire universe.

For those who are blaming me for Tri-Stars crimes, you may proceed in going to Hell.

For those who are saying I am using Tri-Star as an excuse to not pay, well not only can
you follow this other guy to Hell, you can also expect your membership to be transferred
there as well.

For those that have been patiently waiting E-Gold payouts, I am doing what I can to get
catch up. E-Gold is not interested in resolving anything quickly and what is worse is that
cash flow has stopped regarding E-Gold which if anyone understands how REALITY works then
you can see the difficulty in us generating revenue.

Now, Tri-Star upgrades and pending cashouts will be as follows.

Money Changers is a worthless currency. It has no dollar value therefore it is worthless.
Technically, purchases made using Money Changers were not sent to DailyROI allowing us to
take possession of these so called funds, rather they were transferred from one account to
another in a closed system that does not have any guarantee that funds are safe nor is it
back by real hard currency. Since Tri-Star is a closed system and we could not withdraw
any funds, DailyROI was never liable for a single unit of it. Mr. Krimm-inal became the
trustee DailyROI’s balance the day the account was opened. Yes we did have some successful
withdrawals, 2 checks (1250 to myself as a test and used to pay for the server lease and
expenses) 3 bullion withdrawals (approx 10,000 which was converted to gold) Mr. Krimm-inal
has 24K in gold that was put into Treo-Surf and we are owed approx $33K. We have appox
$100,000 in pending withdrawals to AlertPay and e-bullion never paid except 2 about 3
weeks ago in the amount of 4K.

The process is simple; in having me defend myself it requires that I expose Mr.
Krimm-inal’s dirty little secrets. So he threatens to sue anyone that steps up to him?
Bring it on. This way I can finally have a word with you, second to see if that bald head
is really his or actually Mr. Potato Head getting payback for the stupid big ear
attachments he came with, and thrid if he has the balls to take me on.

I may be hard, brash, and somewhat dismissive and viewed to be an “Asshole.” I am actually
quite proud to have such characteristics as these. It takes someone special like that to
make sure no one takes advantage of you which can risk everything. If anyone thinks it’s
easy, then I envy you. Must be nice to have everything in life be so perfect all the time.

I want the members that think I am stealing your money, the money you spent to advertise
your site, for the site that has been advertised and service rendered to email me. I want
you to post negativity all over. When you are done painting DailyROI red, then I can only
hope you are satisfied. Because once you have completed my request, I would have probably
completed another important step in DailyROI’s transformation and those that are patient
and understand that things happen but they know DailyROI will come through will prosper
and you wont.

Make the choice carefully. It is only you that can make it. If you go negative then you
go. DailyROI and the members do not need or want anyone like you. You cant come into our
house and start kicking holes in the wall without being thrown out and sent a bill. Which
comes to my next comment? Those that are terminated because they want to kick holes in our
walls will have the funds in their account donated to the next in line for payment. You
will not get anything; rather it pays for the damages caused. Each negative remark costs
$50. So please go wild.

As far as Tri-Star, send Mr. Krimm-inal an email and ask to see if that dead beat will pay
you something that could buy a stick of gum in Curacaos. You may find out if he is indeed
Mr. Potato Head then prepare yourself for the big kiss in the ass you will get from the
big red lips attachment he comes with.

I am sure this will get to you Krimm and if you want call me, better yet lets chat on a
conference call and invite 20,000 people to listen in. Lets talk about what you have been
doing and what you did to DailyROI and why you did it to DailyROI. I want to know what a
Potato Head plans to do other then get sliced and fried.

I figure the best way to end this is to sue Tri-Star Media. The courts will ask for
financial statements and we go from there. As for DailyROI, we may not get anything out of
this, but Mr. Krimm will get more then he bargained for. So expect the other side to begin
saying a lot of things about me personally. make sure you pay close attention that he will
keep the topic confined to only Tri-Star. He will not mention anything other then that. He
will not mention James or the other individuals involved in DailyROI since he does not
know anything about them. He will focus on making daily and I look so bad in hopes to draw
attention away from him. How anyone can support a person that hasn’t paid in 3 months is
beyond me. At least I am sending out payments though overdue, still trying to catch up.
It’s all in the actions. So, DailyROI is suing Tri-Star. Back to you Mr. Krimm, what say
