Below is an email sent on Jan. 3, 2007 from Mr. Krimm to his members about Quest2surf.

Dear Members,

I am fully aware of a site out there called Quest2surf.com, This site is NOT!!!
owned by tri-star Media. This site is owned by a friend of mine that has asked me
for help getting started in the industry. I feel that we should all be willing to
help each other out in anyway possible.

I have been advised of a Blog out there, which has continued to remain very critical
of us saying that we are in trouble and he is saying we opened a new site to get
revenue. THIS IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE!!!! This particular blogger in my opinion is a
complete idiot. We are stronger and more prosperous than ever and we continue to
grow everyday.

True, we did miss some payouts on new years day, but we have since rectified this
situation and payouts are complete. I have also hired an accountant to handle Money
Changers and all the accounting associated with that site.

I have completed the transition of moving Money Changers to St. Kitts and have more
plans for growth in 2007. We are the best Ladies and Gentlemen, and we will continue
to make the nay sayers look more and more stupid everyday! Count on it!

I am leaving the office for a while to take care of some business, So, I will not be
available for phone calls or to answer emails for a couple hours.

Four days later on Jan. 7, 2007 he starts to breaks ties with Gerry Simoni and Quest2Surf:

To: All Members

Re: All members are well aware now that we have been endorsing one of the auto surf
programs in this industry. With the recent information that we have received, all
connections and affliations with this program have been officially broken off until
further notice. We apologize for any and all miscommunications this matter might
have arose. Quest to Surf will no longer be under any guidance from 3 Star
Corporation or any divisions of this company. This includes but are not limited to:
15 Hits Daily, Treo-Surf, 24 Surf Pro, E-Business Online, Success Talk Online, or
Money Changers.
On another note, we do want to confirm some news in our current forums. We are in
the beginning stages of taking on the program of XLO Surf. There is alot of
legistics involved and this transaction is not complete until our corporation
finalizes any and all paper work. Please keep an eye out for any future updates on
this matter.
We thank you for doing business with us and we hope you continue to prosper with us
in the future.
