either go ahead and take it out of her account or you can mark her 2/9 pending
paid. Whatever works for you is fine for me.

Also I was wondering if the 4 completed checks to us were sent out yet? Anyway,

I’m sorry but a mistake was made when I wrote this to you. Actually I was not
over paid but it was this expired upgrade from my account from Treo #298 that was
sent to my daughters account. That’s why I thought she was overpaid. Could you
please put this money back as it should be in my gsimoni account at Tri-Star?

This is from account #298 in Treo. Please e-mail me back when you have made the
correction. Thank you.

I never took the money out, I went in to your daughters account and I already new
she was not over paid so I did nothing to the account

With this information, it appears that Krimm knew about the second account, allegedly Simoni’s daughters account.
