Pending TSMC Class Action Lawsuit
I am in the Information gathering stage to form a Class Action Lawsuit against TSMC. If you are interested in joining click that link you will go to a page describing what I am going to do.
Once I reach a certain level of money, I will turn it over to Legal Counsel for consideration of a Class Action Lawsuit.
I have worked with Legal Counsel regarding other Lawsuits such as Solidinvestment and most recently Troybank. I do not get paid from legal counsel to do this. I am an independent researcher.

Well, its good to see all this happening. However, i am one bloke who is looking forward to some similar kind of act for one of the high profile scam “Europe Trade Ltd”. I do not know whether it will happen some day or not, but i have a list of many users who lost thousands of dollars (including me) in it.
I shall keep fingers crossed for that. I am a regular visitor of your site.

Yep, sue the pants of him. TSMC is a SCAM operation and is collapsing very soon.
Being a pay processor instead of just a scam program, he will cause much more GRIEF to many honest program owners.
He doesn’t have a license…. He will run. Get him before he disappears !

Yes Ponziscams, I see you did not have the guts and integrity to place my yesterday’s comment. How pathetic can you get.
Obviously you do not have a clue how you may [ trust not] hurt the thousands of TriStar members with thousands involved with personal egoistic driven actions like this.
Did’t you see what happened with the 12DP[Charis Johnston]/Stormpay fiasco. It is absurd to start at this sensitive stage a action like this.

Sensitive stage? It has been over 2 months since payments out of TSMC! Enough is enough. How long do you wish to wait, until he is out of the Country on his yacht in the Bahamas?
He broke his own TOS. His Agreement with his customers. His customers are now filing a suit, simple as that.
I suspect you will list yourself and accounts on the Opt out list?

I was so upset when I read your post. My apologies.
We fight the same fight with a different perspective. I explained on the safelist forum what I meant with it is a sensitive time and why I think it is a lose lose situation to start an action now.
We may differ, but I know you are only trying your best in a way you think it is the best.

I appreciate your apologies. I understand this is a sensitive time and peoples money is at stake. The thought of a class action lawsuit does squash the hope, but it brings a new hope also. The hope of finalization, and the hope of getting something back and things back to a type of normalcy.
Seeing the right thing done is tough.
I know allot of people right now are thinking I make a ton of money doing this. I do not make one red cent. I truly try to help, without my hand out. I wish you would pass the word along about that as well.
