Shoemoney And Rich Jerk Round…
Looks like Jeremy Schoemaker (ShoeMoney) and Kelly Felix of the Rich Jerk Series of Sites are having a problem. It started when Shoemoney Reported about The RichJerk Selling The Empire due to a possible Bankruptcy.
Well now it seems it is blowing up and the RichJerk is threatening to sue Shoemoney. Well I hate to tell The Rich Jerk this but The EFF will stand behind Jeremy Schoemaker and Shoemoney with very powerful lawyers! Same Lawyers that Blocked the U.S. Government from trying to stop a G.I. Over Seas from Posting on his Private Blog! They Also Stopped a big named Automaker from suing an automobile review magazine for giving them a not so good review.
The Reason being I know this is everyday I get threats that someone may sue me due to the Industry I report about as well as I publish Info about them (All Publicly Available). I have been down the road of threats many times. Every Single one never happens!
