SolidInvestment Investors Mailings
If you were a Solidinvestment Investor, please keep a lookout for emails from Micheal Bruzesse and/or Scott Hare regarding the legal proceedings against SolidInvestment. They are requiring from some of you further information. If you did not receive an email from them your information should be ok. If you did receive an email please fill it out as soon as possible and return it to them with the required information.
The sooner all documentation is returned the faster the redistribution of funds to the investors will be happening. Congratulations if you are going to receive a distribution payment.

Can anything be done about the Europe Trade victims as well? I heard they were Solid Investments guys who operated ET. Is that right? I lost a lot of money at ET. :(( Any news?

I am not sure if my first comment went through ok as I cannot see it listed above. So I will post this again, can someone supply me with a contact email address for the legal counsel guys regarding the Solid Investment case. My email with Solid Investments has changed since I was a member and I would like to update it so that they can get in touch with me.
Thank you.

Will all investors, small and big, be compensated? Will principal funds be refunded or the whole investment? I have not received their email as I am small investor with only a few hundred.

There is a limited amount of funds that was able to be seized. Refunds will be done to all involved, but on a Pro Rata basis.
The amount that was seized is unknown to me, as it is still in active case those numbers will not be avilable.
