					<description>[...] Well, thanks to Curt over at ponziscams for uncovering this.  Apparantly Rob Ross is about to get back in business, this time with a surf monitor and a pay processor(?).  For those of you who don&#8217;t remember this character, count yourself lucky.  He ran a surf called Alertpaypro that disappeared about the same time that NowDollar did (early summer 2006).  If you want any info, you can check out my June/July blog archives.  Here is Curt&#8217;s link.  The scary part of this is he is thinking about getting into the pay processing business.  Personally, I don&#8217;t know who in their right mind would do business with a pay processor that has its whois details hidden by a proxy (domainsbyproxy).
