U-pie advertises all over that they will refund investments anytime. Their website says three days. I requested a $2000 withdrawal on feb 15, 2007and anpther $1300. +- on feb 21,2007. After waiting 6 days for my payment and over 24 hours for a response to my email I made a couple of nonpayment posts. here is the response I received: (Apparently Voltair makes new rules when it suits him.)(see below)

1) Never invest money that you will need urgently as you have
stated with your mother. Last month I kicked out a 5k investor for investing
money that he needed for rent.
2) Do not bad mouth us on other forums. I am incredibly disgusted

Because of this, your withdrawal has been given an additional
minimum 7 days holding period as a punishment. When your withdrawal is paid you
will be officially banned from U-PIE.

I don’t stoop to name calling but you have my terms. Who do you
think is going to trust you if you can simply call someone an idiot
and use it as an excuse to steal their money. Frankly I don’t care
that you had a lot of withdrawals.(sounds like others are getting
nervous.) That was your problem. I simply stated the truth and will
continue to do so. How stupid you must think that other investers
are? If that money is not in my account by early monday morning
then it is proof to me and everyone else that you will find any
excuse not to pay people if you don’t want to. Who would trust a
person like that to look after their money? You will be seeing many
negative posts not just one. Plus lots of other neat stuff. It,s
your choice. If I can save other people from my fate at your hands

I have been accused by some of Voltairs paid posts of trying to ruin a good thing. My response to that follows.
I have no reason to try to ruin any good thing. I simply and truthfully have not been paid. If you look down the list on these postings you will see that I have been a supporter of upie. It is only since I tried to make a withdrawal to test the promise to return working capital that I have changed my mind. I have not been paid since I requested return of $2000 of my working capital on feb 15th. Since then I have been emailed called a f#@king idiot by chezvoltaire ( or whatever his real name is). Now he says that he is going to keep all of the money he owes me $3450+- to punish me for being foolish enough to challenge him. I can prove everything that I am saying here. I have the emails and due dilligence reports. Also my egold transactions. The email exchanges above between myself and Voltair were made on feb 24,2007. Nine days after my request for a withdrawal. Sorry people but someone had to have the courage to blow the whistle on this guy. I believe He is furious because he was hoping to catch more of us “idiots” before he skipped.(that’s my opinion)
